  • ARE THERE ANY SHIPPING CHARGES ON DELIVERY?
    No, Worldwide shipping is free.
  • IS CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) AVAILABLE?
    Currently COD is not available.
  • HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
    The delivery time for your order depends on your location. Typically, orders within the continental US take 7-14 business days for standard shipping. For international orders, delivery times can vary up to 30 business days based on the destination country. Rest assured, we strive to process and ship orders promptly to ensure you receive your items within a reasonable timeframe.   • CAN PURCHAASED PRODUCT BE EXCHANGED?
    No, you can only return the purchased product. Note :- A return fee is applicable.
  • ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR RETURNS?
    Yes, there are additional charges for returns. A return fee is applicable, which is 2% for India returns and 3% for international returns.
  • HOW WOULD I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS PLACED?

  • WHAT HAPPENS IF MY SHIPMENT DOES NOT GET DELIVERED ON TIME?
    At BrillVibe, we strive to ensure that all orders are delivered on time. However, in the rare event that your shipment is delayed, please reach out to our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with our delivery partners to investigate the issue and provide you with the necessary updates. Rest assured that we will make every effort to resolve the situation promptly and keep you informed throughout the process.   • HOW CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?
    To make a cancellation, please log into your account and book the cancellation of the requested order from the return and cancellation tab.
  • WHAT HAPPENS TO ORDERS WHERE PRODUCTS ARE RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION?
    We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product on officialbrillvibe@gmail.com. In case you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.
  • WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT ITEM FROM THE ONE THAT I HAVE ORDERED?
    We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please visit the returns section on the website and raise a return request.
  • WITHIN HOW MANY DAYS OF PURCHASE CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
    Return request needs to be raised within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • WHEN WILL I GET MY REFUND?
    After the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return will be initiated within 72 hours. Mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. A return fee is applicable, which is 2% for India returns and 3% for international returns. The amount would be credited to your account within 7 working days after initiation of refund. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank. Note: If any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. Incase of a non-promotional purchase, the amount will be credited to the bank account.
  • HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS FOR MY RETURNED ORDER?

  • HOW DO I DETERMINE THE CORRECT SIZE FOR ME?
    While placing your order you will find an option for the SIZE CHART on the product page which includes detailed information on sizes and fit. You may click on the same and find your perfect size.
  • MY PAYMENT WAS DEDUCTED FROM THE BANK ACCOUNT BUT THE ORDER WASN’T PLACED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
    In most cases, the payment gets automatically credited back to you account within 2-3 business days. In case it does not, mail us the details of your transaction at officialbrillvibe@gmail.com. We will verify and get back to you at the earliest.
