RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at BrillVibe. We are committed to providing you with high-quality clothing and a seamless shopping experience. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to ensure you are aware of our procedures.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with Us.

1. Returns

We gladly accept returns for items purchased on BrillVibe within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned with all tags attached, undamaged, unworn, unused, and unwashed, in the exact condition that you received it.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days

 

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  1. The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

  2. The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.

  3. The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  4. The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
 

Only regular priced goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to you if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Return Initiation

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at officialbrillvibe@gmail.com with a clear photo or a video that shows the product’s defects to request a return authorization.

  2. Clearly state the reason for your return and provide relevant details.

  3. Once approved, carefully pack the item and ship it to the address provided by our Customer Service team.

 

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

2. Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

 

Please note the following conditions for refunds:

  1. Shipping fees (If applicable) are non-refundable.

  2. Refunds are issued for the cost of the item(s) returned.

  3. A return fee is applicable, which is 2% for India returns and 3% for international returns. 

3. Exchanges

You may initiate a return for the product, as exchanges are not available at this time.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

5. Final Sale Items

Certain items are marked as final sale and are non-refundable. Please check the product description carefully before making a purchase.
